Born and raised in the heart of Chicago, Illinois. Pilsen Neighborhood, is not only my home but my first exposure to art. I am a Studio Art Major with an Education Studies minor at Middlebury College. My art focuses on Photography, Silkscreen printing, commissioned freelance work, paintings and murals. The thing I enjoy most about being an artist is bringing other people’s visions and thoughts come to life as well as making work that resonates in my audience. I bring my identity and personal emotional growth to the surface through my art so that others can find a way of expression and relate to those similar experiences. As I continue to explore my professional development as an artist, I would like to work towards making art more accessible to the communities that don’t have much exposure.
